Environmental Services
Our environmental team members in housekeeping, laundry and maintenance support the efforts of all disciplines by providing a clean, safe and healthy environment. Having compassion, respect and an understanding of personal dignity ensures the team fosters a trusting and respectful relationship with residents, families and other team members.

Religious and Spiritual Services
Extendicare Brampton enjoys a diverse variety of local community church groups that hold services within the home on a monthly basis. Inter-denominational spiritual programs provided within our home include hymn sings, bible study and memorial services.

Education Services
All staff members are trained through education services in the Wellness Model of Care, Extendicare’s CARE program, proper use of all equipment and current health care subjects applicable to delivering optimum care to our residents.
Resident safety is an area of key focus for education services. Monthly fire drills are carried out on all shifts to ensure skills are kept to proficient levels. Other emergency preparedness exercises are practiced throughout the year.
Business Office
Our business office recognizes the importance of maintaining confidentiality in residents' information and financial documentation. Each resident’s information is held in a secured area using a strict information access protocol.
Our office co-ordinator will be happy to assist residents, families and guests Monday to Friday during regular business hours.

Beautician Services
We offer a fully equipped, wheelchair accessible salon where a beautician is able to meet our residents' hairstyling needs. Appointments can be arranged through the nursing staff.
Volunteer Services
Volunteers are an integral part of our team. They support residents by assisting with scheduled recreation programs, events and one-to-one interactions. Volunteers are clearly identified while onsite and trained in the roles they assume.
A pledge of confidentiality and resident safety are key components of our volunteer orientation program.
