Situated in northeastern Alberta in the town of St. Paul (approximately 200 km from Edmonton), Extendicare St. Paul is a single storey, accredited long-term care home to 76 residents.
Steeped in a history of agriculture, our home's heritage reflects the values of its French Canadian, Ukrainian and Aboriginal pioneers.
We are a recognized community leader within the long-term care continuum, providing individuals with 24-hour nursing and supportive care, as well as in-house rehabilitation services. We continue to create and foster dedicated partnerships with various groups and organizations within and outside our community.
